1. Product Overview
Particle Size Analyzer (PSI) is a kind of intelligent automatic industrial online real-time granularity detection equipment. The detection results are intuitive, stable and reliable.

2. Product Principle
PSI is based on the principle of directly measuring the microscopic approximate diameter size of the particles to be measured and performing probabilistic statistical analysis on a certain amount of particle microscopic diameter dimensions, and finally obtaining the macroscopic particle size value of the particle group.

Strong environmental adaptability: can adapt to the harsh industrial site environment.

Highly corrosive environment: The probe is made of corrosion-resistant materials and can adapt to most corrosive environments such as strong alkalis.

There are no special requirements for the composition of the materials to be measured: it is not affected by bubbles; it is low affected by large particles; it is not affected by magnetic interference.

The detection range of particle size is wide: the maximum size range of 60 percentage points can be detected, and the minimum size range of 20 percentage points can be detected.

The size fraction span is large: The particle size measurement can be achieved in the diameter of the grain between 20μm to 1000μm.
